These funds are made possible through the Mental Health and Recovery Board of Erie and Ottawa counties; the Huron County Board of Mental Health and Addiction Services; the Mental Health and Recovery Services Board of Seneca, Sandusky and Wyandot Counties and the Lorain County Board of Mental Health.
