Forty-three students graduated on May 4, 2012. The graduation baccalaureate and ceremony were held at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church with Fr. Mary Nassr as the celebrant. Students then attended Commencement Exercises for BGSU Firelands College at the Cedar Point Center the same evening to receive their Associate of Science degree.

Tami Jackson, Senior Vice President/CNO, was the master of ceremonies. Amy Bohn Green was the graduation speaker. J. William Springer Chair of the Board of Directors presented the diplomas. Elaine Waterfield provided comments from the Board. Patty Martin, Vice President, Quality and Patient Satisfaction, provided comments from Firelands Regional Medical Center. J. William Springer presented the awards. Devon Old, Senior Representative, presented the response from her class. Stephanie Viock provided a response from the Fast LANE class.

Awards were presented as follows: Father Peter Brickner Award: Louise Cook; Scholarship Award-Special: Sarah Hasselbach; Scholarship Award-LPN to RN-Gabrielle Gladieux; PH/FRMC Schools of Nursing Alumni Award: Claire Damschen and Gabrielle Gladieux; Leadership Award: Ashleigh Moyer, Brandy Brinson, and Sheila Pfanner; Excellence in Nursing Award: Brian Seitz and Jimmy Meadows ; Dorothy Rigoni Clinical Practice Award: Mindy Singleton and Kelly Wolbert; Mary Alice Roeder Award: Devon Old and Exemplary Attendance Award: Katy Angelo, Stephany Claus, Nancalyn Daniels, Jessica Didion, Micheal Gedridge, Tammy Heal, Kristy Hurlburt, Ashleigh Moyer, Rebecca Petersen, Jennifer Quinn, Brian Seitz, and Mindy Singleton.
