For optimal communications with patients, and in compliance with state law, Firelands Regional Medical Center is providing this list of our charges for room and board, emergency department, operating room, physical therapy and other procedures. The hospital's charges are the same for all patients, but a patient's responsibility may vary, depending on payment plans negotiated with individual health insurers. Uninsured or underinsured patients should consult with our Financial Counseling staff at 419-557-7879 to determine whether they qualify for discounts. These prices are correct as of January 2010.

Our goal is to provide high quality and efficient pulmonary diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory care for all patients of all ages requiring pulmonary services. Under the direction of a Pulmonologist, respiratory services are administered on both an outpatient and inpatient basis. Diagnostic or therapeutic care is given to patients from the least to the most complex diseases and disorders in accordance with state and local laws.
Critical, Emergency, Acute/Subacute Pulmonary Care services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Pulmonary function tests are scheduled Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Other outpatient tests are performed at any time during the hours of 7:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
