Pet Assisted Activities – volunteers, along with their four-legged furry partner, visit patients. The four-legged volunteers provide much solace and relief to patients.

Supporting University Hospitals Seidman Cancer Center at Firelands Regional Medical Center, by helping enhance the quality of life for cancer patients and their families living in our community by providing transportation to and from appointments as needed, providing post-mastectomy camisoles to breast cancer patients, providing therapeutic massage as a non-pharmacological means to manage pain and anxiety, enhancing support groups, and providing educational material.
