Patient Advocacy
The Patient Advocacy Department at Firelands assists patients and their families with a variety of services. Crisis counseling, customer service, patient satisfaction surveys, advance directives, the concierge program and spiritual care are just some of the services we offer. The Director of Patient Advocacy is readily available to assist our patients and their families with their emotional, spiritual and social needs or concerns about their care at Firelands Regional Medical Center.
