Patient Satisfaction
Firelands Regional Medical Center is dedicated to providing you with the highest quality of services possible. To that end, we enlist the services of our Patient Advocacy staff to meet with patients on a daily basis. This provides an avenue for rapid response to any issues or concerns which may arise during a patient's admission. We also send a patient satisfaction survey to a random selection of our patients on a weekly basis. It is only by hearing the voices of our patients and guests that we become aware of areas in which we either excel or need to improve. The survey results are analyzed and used to support staff recognition and performance improvement initiatives.
