Amanda Cloud, of Bellevue, Promoted to Patient Grievance Officer


February 2, 2017 – Sandusky, Ohio -- Firelands Regional Medical Center is pleased to announce the promotion of Amanda Cloud, CRT, to Patient Grievance Officer, in addition to her position as Patient Advocacy Specialist. Cloud will assure a more focused centralized coordination for patient grievances and service recovery. 

Cloud has worked at Firelands for ten years and has six years of experience in the patient advocacy field. She has an Associate of Applied Science in Respiratory Care from Bowling Green State University – Firelands Campus, and is currently finishing her last semester for a Bachelors of Applied Management and Communications through Ohio University. 

Outside of work, Cloud is the leader of a Bellevue Girl Scout Troop. She resides in Bellevue with her husband, Bryan, and two daughters, Alysse and Ava.
