Firelands Regional Medical Center Recognized for Excellence in Advertising

February 10, 2017 – Sandusky, OH -- Firelands Regional Medical Center received national recognition for some of its recent advertising campaigns.

CardioVascular Advertising Awards: Gold Winner for Total Advertising Campaign for “Your Heart”, ranking Firelands in the top 5% in the nation.

Cancer Awareness Advertising Awards: Silver Winner for Total Advertising Campaign for “I Don’t Know My Daddy’s Story,” ranking Firelands in the top 10% in the nation.

Service Industry Advertising Awards: Silver Winner for Special Video for “Your Life is a Beautiful Thing.”

Entries for each competition were judged by a diverse panel of marketing experts and were judged on creativity, marketing execution, message impact, technology application, and innovation of content.

“These competitions allow us to test our advertising against the best in the country,” said Alexandria Cruey, marketing manager. “To receive top ratings such as these is just so exciting for us. We really try to create marketing and advertising pieces that resonate with people and achieving these gold and silver levels let us know what we are on the right track.”
