Jody Meisler-McKillips Earns Human Resources Certification

(July 12, 2018 – Sandusky, Ohio) Firelands Regional Medical Center is pleased to announce that its Director of Human Resources has earned Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification. The SPHR is the senior-most human resources (HR) certification for those who have also demonstrated a strategic mastery of the HR body of knowledge.

To be eligible for the exam, you must have at least four years of experience in a professional-level HR position plus a Master’s degree or higher.

Meisler-McKillips earned her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Findlay in 2012. She has been employed at Firelands since 2008.

She lives in Castalia with her husband Jay and son Jase.
