Firelands Physician Group welcomes new doctor
Gloria Johns, D.O., recently joined the Firelands Physician Group Sandusky family medicine practice. Dr. Johns earned her doctorate of osteopathic medicine at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania. She completed her residency in family medicine at University Hospitals St. John Medical Center in Westlake, Ohio.
“I chose family medicine because I enjoy the long-term relationships I am able to establish with my patients and their well-being,” expressed Dr. Johns. “If I am able to impact someone’s overall health in a positive way, that is where I feel the most fulfilled. I enjoy working with newborns and elderly alike.” Dr. Johns enjoys spending time with her family and young daughter, camping, kayaking and paddle boarding.
