Firelands Health and The Bellevue Hospital

The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Ohio Western Division confirmed The Bellevue Hospital’s Chapter 11 reorganization plan and member substitution agreement whereby Firelands Health will become the sole member of The Bellevue Hospital (TBH).

“We are eager and excited to welcome TBH into the Firelands family,” said Jeremy Normington-Slay, DPT, MBA, FACHE, CEO of Firelands Health. “Our joint efforts ensure people can continue to receive quality care close to home. We are committed to the patients in the region.”

The closing date for the member substitution transaction is projected for the middle of May.
