Introducing a new multidisciplinary and primary care hub for the surrounding community. This new facility at 2520 Columbus Ave. leverages the unique strengths of Firelands Health to provide improved quality, access, and convenience for patients and their families. Now open, this 45,000 square foot healthcare center features two floors and includes family medicine and pediatric physician offices, laboratory services, imaging services and community gathering spaces.
Sandusky Healthcare Center Lab Hours:
Monday - 6:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Tuesday - 6:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Wednesday - 6:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Thursday - 6:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Friday - 6:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.

The Firelands Sandusky Healthcare Center follows a team-based, comprehensive primary care model. Our on-site care coordinators will assist in complex patient needs as well as navigating the healthcare system.
