Meet the Providers at Firelands Corporate Health Center

Brett R. Kuns, D.O.

Brett Kuns, D.O. Dr. Brett Kuns attended the University of Toledo and thereafter Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating in 1986. He did his postgraduate residency/intership at Firelands Community Hospital before opening his family practice clinic, Kuns Family Medicine, in 1988 and has since become a member of Firelands Physician Group. Dr. Brett has been providing occupational medicine services at Corporate Health since 1987. He is board certified in Family Pactice along with having an additional qualification in occupational medicine. Dr. Kuns is a certified Medical Review Officer and also a DOT examiner. 

Bryan Kuns, D.O.

Bryan Kuns, D.O.Dr. Bryan Kuns has been the Medical Director here at Corporate Health for the past 25+ years. He has been Board Certified in Family Medicine since 1995 with additional certification in occupational medicine since 1998 and has also been a part of Firelands Physician Group for the past 6 years. Prior to being a part of Firelands Physician Group, he was in private practice with his brother/partner for 25 years. Dr. Bryan graduated from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1986 and did postgraduate training at Firelands Community Hospital before establishing the practice in Castalia, Ohio in 1987. He also started here at CHC in 1987 after completing his mini residency at the University of Cincinnati. Dr. Kuns has been certified in occupational medicine for nearly 20 years and has an abundance of experience, as well as being a DOT examiner, MRO certified and proficient in interpreting spirometry.

David J. Grayson, M.D.

David Grayson, MD Dr. David J. Grayson has been practicing Occupational Medicine here in Sandusky for the past 17 years. He completed his undergraduate and graduate studies at the University of Michigan and attended medical school at Wright State University. Dr. Grayson originally completed a 3 year specialty residency program in Family Medicine in Toledo and had a private practice in Oberlin, Ohio for 12 years. He then retrained at the University of Cincinnati Occupational Medicine post-graduate training program from 1999 to 2001. Dr. Grayson maintains board certification by the American Board of Family Medicine and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians (FAFFP). He is a certified Medical Review Officer, FMCSA National Registry Certified Medical Examiner, and a Federal Aviation Administration Senior Medical Examiner. His experiences include; medical director of an Ohio BWC MCO, plant medical director in both union and non-union environments, CPS/A by the CAOHC, and Ohio BWC Disability Evaluation Panel physician. 

Pamela Snyder, MSN, APRN, ANP-BC

Pamela Snyder, MSN, APRN, ANP-BC

Pamela Snyder, MSN, APRN, ANP-BC is an advanced practice registered nurse with Firelands Regional Medical Center. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Capitol University in 1998 and her Master of Science in Nursing degree from The Medical College of Ohio at Toledo in 2005.  She has practiced in a variety of specialties since becoming a certified adult health nurse practitioner in 2005. She has practiced occupational health and wellness since 2015. She is a certified occupational hearing conservationist from the Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation (CAOHC), a certified medical review officer - assistant from the Medical Review Officer Certification Council, and a certified medical examiner with the FMCSA National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners. She is a National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) trainee with the Deep South Center for Occupational Health and Safety and a graduate student at the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Nursing where she is pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree with a specialization in occupational health and safety.

Edward J. Radatz, Jr. D.O

Pamela Snyder, MSN, APRN, ANP-BC

Dr. Radatz is originally from Cleveland, Ohio as one can tell from all of his Cleveland Indians collectibles and clothing. He retired from the Emergency Dept. in June 2019 at Firelands Regional Medical Center after spending 31 years in that venture. For two years before and after his emergency medicine time, he practiced Family Medicine in Sandusky, Ohio. He is married to Lynne with 4 children and 4 grandchildren. His interests include walking, stationary bicycle riding, church softball, attending Cleveland guardians games as well as the Lake County Captains where he is a season ticket holder to both teams. Dr. Radatz completed medical school at Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine and finished his emergency medicine residency at the St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio.
