How do I search for open positions?
Browse our list of current openings here. If you’d like to search for a particular position, click ‘search open jobs’ in the left-hand navigation and search by keywords, job title, location, etc.
Why didn’t my search show any results?
There are several different search criteria you can select when looking for a position. The more criteria you choose, the narrower your search results will be. You can broaden your search by selecting fewer criterions.
If you still do not find a position of interest, it’s possible we do not have openings at this time.
I can’t find the position that I recently applied to. Does that mean the position’s filled?
Although that is a possibility, it may not be the case. The position may have also been removed from the site due to the volume of candidates.
Why haven’t I received any notification or follow-up after applying to a job?
The recruiter will review your resume against the minimum requirements for the job and will only contact those whose qualifications most closely match what the hiring manager is looking for. Depending upon the volume of responses, the recruiter will also consider the preferred qualifications as noted in the job description. Therefore, if you are not selected, it does not necessarily mean that you do not meet the qualifications for the job.
Where should I park when I come in for my interview?
Your interview will most likely take place in the Human Resources office, which is located in the Prospect street building. Parking is available in parking lot F, adjacent to the Prospect street building entrance.

How is my application processed?
Once you are satisfied with your application and you submit it, it is stored in a secure database. Applications are then forwarded to the appropriate manager for consideration. If you are selected as a candidate for a position, you will be called by a Firelands Regional Medical Center recruiter.
How many jobs can I apply for?
You may apply for as many jobs as you feel fit your qualifications and interests.
If I apply to more than one position, do I need to complete separate applications?
Yes, you do need to fill out separate applications.
