Safety Day 2019
Firelands Regional Medical Center in coordination with Sandusky City Schools, police, fire, recreation, and businesses are inviting Sandusky area children who are entering kindergarten (ages 4-6 only) to take part in Safety Day!
Date: Saturday, July 27
Time: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
Location: City Hall, 222 Meigs Street, Sandusky
Children must be registered by Wednesday July 24 at 5 pm.
Children will learn:
- Fire Safety
- Stranger Danger
- Road Safety
- Animal Safety
- Water Safety
- Home Safety
Each child will receive a bicycle helmet, t-shirt, water bottle, backpack, certificate of completion, and other goodies!
Registration can be completed at www.cityofsandusky.com/recreation.
Photos and/or video of Safety Day activities may be used in a variety of ways such as social media, Facebook Live or the Firelands website. The Sandusky Register may also attend to document the event for a story. Any person who is featured in any type of Firelands Regional Health System marketing, including, but not limited to advertising, Feel Better with Firelands magazine, social media, videos, and pictures, are asked to sign a photo release form which gives their written permission for us to use their picture and/or story.
