In an effort to educate bystanders to become trained, equipped, and empowered to help in a bleeding emergency, Firelands is providing Stop the Bleed classes.

Registration is closed.

Fees & Payment

Cost is $15.00 per participant.

Optional supplies will be offered for purchase at the class.

There is no cost for Firelands Regional Health System employees, please call the Education Department at 419-557-6740 to register.

Description

The Stop the Bleed Campaign is designed to teach bystanders the importance of quickly stopping blood loss in the event of an emergency situation. It is intended to encourage bystanders to become trained, equipped, and empowered to help in a bleeding emergency.

Cost is $15.00 per participant.

The class will take place at Firelands Regional Medical Center South Campus, 1912 Hayes Ave., Sandusky, in the Education Room.
