The American Heart Association Basic Life Support CPR course
is for healthcare providers such as nurses, doctors and other patient
care-givers who respond to cardiovascular and respiratory emergencies.
This course includes two-rescuer CPR and performing bag-mask ventilations
with supplementary oxygen, as well as using an AED. There is a written
test and a 2-year certification card will be issued upon successful completion.
Cost of this class is $55.
The class will take place at Firelands Regional Medical South Campus, in the Education department, on the first floor. Enter through the front lobby, take the ramp up from the ground floor to the first floor, then turn left. Follow the corridor until you reach the Education Department.
