Watching a child grow and develop is exciting for a parent. A child's development is important for parents to follow and sometimes knowing what is or isn't a concern can be difficult.
Developmental screenings can help families identify how their child is progressing cognitively, developmentally, and socially. Screenings can help to identify children at risk for developmental problems and provide follow-up resources. Families will have the opportunity to talk one-on-one with therapists who specialize in early childhood development.
Developmental screenings are not meant to replace doctor's visits.
