Who We Are
For nearly 50 years, Firelands Regional Medical Center has provided outstanding medical education in Northwest Ohio. Our university-affiliated, community-based medical training incorporates osteopathic and allopathic physician educators who work together in a collaborative model to provide our residents with superb clinical and educational experiences.
Our medical education department is well-known for its collegial atmosphere. We strive to maintain a healthy balance between a robust training experience and a balanced lifestyle. Residents enjoy great camaraderie, and the hospital sponsors many team-building events, such as an annual Lake Erie fishing trip, group outings to Cleveland sporting events, and bowling nights.
