Code of Conduct

Firelands Regional Medical Center School of Nursing financial aid office staff, which includes the financial coordinator and loan officer, is bound to act in compliance with the guidelines as stated in the Firelands Regional Medical Center School of Nursing Financial Aid Office Code of Conduct and the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators’ statement of ethical principles and code of conduct for financial aid professionals. Therefore, students can be assured that the financial aid office staff will act in a professional and ethical manner and in the best interests of the student with regard to all aspects of the financial aid and student loan processes.

1098 T Tax Statements will be mailed by January 31, 2027

The 1098-T statement contains information about enrollment, scholarships, and tuition charges for 2026. The registrar/bursar will distribute these forms by January 31, 2027. Students or parents can use the information on the 1098 T form to determine qualification for the higher education deductions or credits when preparing the 2026 tax return. Be sure to save this information or give it to the person who claims the student on their tax return.
