About Provider Ratings

After a patient's visit, they may receive a survey questionnaire asking for feedback. Their response is used to measure patient satisfaction. It's also for us to understand areas where we may improve as an organization. We are mandated by CMS to conduct these surveys and they are reported for transparency purposes.
