I have worked with Firelands in the mental health field for 17 years. I am trained in several different types of therapy, but most notably, I am certified in EMDR. This focuses on trauma-informed care and helps individuals heal from their past traumatic experiences.

I believe I am a passionate individual who strives to empower my clients to explore their own strengths, challenge their own belief systems, and find their own solutions.
