Dr. Haddad's deep interest in rheumatology and autoimmune diseases began during his fifth year of medical school after losing his father to vasculitis. This personal experience, coupled with several family members later being diagnosed with autoimmune diseases, solidified his dedication to the field. He is humbled by these experiences, which have given him a profound understanding of the pain and functional limitations of these conditions. As he says, "I treat every patient as I would want my own family to be treated."

In his free time, Dr. Haddad is actively involved in his church community, where he sings in the choir and teaches Sunday school. He also enjoys organizing youth activities and games. He and his three sons share a love for tennis and pickleball. While his boys are avid soccer players and he's not, he takes great pride in driving them to their matches and cheering them on.
