Dr. Langenberg completed his Doctorate of Medicine at the American University of the Caribbean, School of Medicine, Eastern Caribbean, and his general surgery residency and vascular surgery fellowship at Western Reserve Care System / Northside Medical Center in Youngstown, Ohio, as well as a 2-year vascular fellowship at the University of Kentucky (Chandler Medical Center.) Dr. Langenberg is also the Chief of Aerospace Medicine at the 180th Fighter Wing Toledo Ohio Air National Guard.   

Along with his family, Dr. Langenberg resides in Sandusky and enjoys taking his boys to hockey practice, skiing, and ice skating with his family.  They also enjoy camping, hiking, and fishing for walleye on Lake Erie.  For the past 20 years, Dr. Langenberg has served in the United States Air Force Reserves.


Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (or FACS) is a professional certification for a medical professional who has passed a set of criteria for education, qualification, and ethics required to join the American College of Surgeons.
