Mitchell Rice, DO

Dr. Mitchell Rice is a dedicated family medicine physician with deep roots in the Sandusky community. Dr. Rice was inspired to pursue medicine for its unique ability to blend knowledge with human connection by helping people in their most vulnerable moments with empathy, understanding and compassion. 

Dr. Rice is committed to building long-term relationships with patients and helping them navigate every stage of life with confidence and clarity. For him, medicine was more than a career path—it was a calling shaped by the example of his father and sisters.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Rice is passionate about health education and community connection. Dr. Rice also enjoys serving at his local church, golfing, skiing and playing the piano. Most of all, he treasures quality time with his wife, Mandi and their dog.
