Shawn Warner, DO

Shawn Warner, D.O., an HNI Healthcare hospitalist, is part of the Firelands Regional Medical Center team. Dr. Warner earned his doctor of osteopathic medicine at the Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, Ohio. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Detroit Medical Center – Sinai Grace Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. His first year of residency was at Firelands Regional Medical Center. “I used to work in a factory, and I read a lot in my free time,” Dr. Warner said. “One day, I picked up an anatomy book and became fascinated with the human body. When I was laid off in 2008, I decided to pursue a career in medicine.”
