Tabitha says the reason she chose to work in mental health was to “Be the change that I wanted to see in the world.” Her experience includes working with special needs children, medical challenges, anxiety, depression and substance use.

The most rewarding thing for Tabitha is inspiring and encouraging others to build resilience and become a happier, healthier, stronger version of themselves. She is deeply committed to helping individuals recognize their own worth and find the courage to heal, ensuring they never feel they are facing their struggles alone.

Outside of work, Tabitha is a wife, mother, and grandparent.
