Dry needling

Dry needling is a highly effective form of physical thearpy that treats muscle pain and movement issues. A physical therapist inserts a thin needle into the skin and the deeper tissues that are considered trigger points to your pain. This helps draw blood supply to the area and can lower pain levels and improve function.
