Patient satisfaction
Firelands Regional Medical Center is dedicated to providing you with the highest quality of services possible. Our patient advocates offer an avenue for rapid response to any issue or concern that may arise during a patient's admission. A patient satisfaction survey is also sent to a random selection of our patients each week.
It is only by hearing the voices of our patients and guests that we become aware of areas where we either excel or need to improve. The survey results are analyzed and used to support staff recognition and performance improvement initiatives.
If you have any concerns or compliments about our facility or services or want a survey regarding your stay with us, please don't hesitate to get in touch with a patient advocate at 419-557-5775 or email PatientAdvocate@firelands.com.
