Firelands Physician Group offices are Cashless
Effective Feb. 1, 2026, Firelands Physician Group offices no longer accepts electronic payments. This does not include: Firelands Regional Medical Center, Firelands Counseling & Recovery Services, Firelands Health The Bellevue Hospital or Firelands Dialysis.
You can continue to pay your bill online, by mail or in person at the main desk at Firelands Regional Medical Center. If you are unable to pay your copay by card (debit or credit) at the time of your appointment, the amount will be added to your subsequent bill.
If I can’t pay my copay at my appointment, will you turn me away?
No, we will not turn you away. Your care is our top priority. The unpaid copay will be added to your subsequent bill, which you can pay later online, by phone or at the main desk at Firelands Regional Medical Center.

No. We do not charge any convenience fees for payments made online or with a credit/debit card.
