Firelands Health no longer accepts cash payments. This does not include the cafeterias, gift shops or retail pharmacy.
Convenient ways to pay your bill
- Online: Visit our secure payment portal at firelands.com/paymybill
- By mail: Send checks to the address listed on your billing statement.
- In-person: We accept credit and debit cards at all offices. Note: Personal checks are only accepted in person at the main desks of Firelands Regional Medical Center and Firelands Health The Bellevue Hospital, where you will be placed in line for the next available representative.
- By phone: See the phone number listed on your bill.
If I can’t pay my bill or copay at my appointment, will you turn me away?
No. Your care remains our top priority. We will never turn you away based on your ability to pay at the time of your visit.
Are there fees if I pay online?
No. Firelands Health does not charge convenience fees for online, credit card or debit card payments.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the following payments:
- By card (credit, debit, HSA and FSA): In person, by mail or online. Click here to pay online
- Checks: Accepted by mail or at registration at Firelands Regional Medical Center and The Bellevue Hospital, where you will be placed in line for the next available representative.
