Coping with the unexpected illness of a loved one can be overwhelming for most of us. However, when that illness occurs in an unfamiliar place, many people find themselves without their usual resources to handle such an emergency situation.
At Firelands Regional Medical Center, we realize that many of our patients and their loved ones may be visiting the area while on a vacation or during a holiday when the hospitalization occurred. In such circumstances, our concierge program is dedicated to addressing the needs of our out-of-town guests. This complimentary program is designed to help make your stay in our area as easy and as comfortable as possible.
You can utilize our Concierge Program by contacting one of our Concierge volunteers at the Information Desk, Main Campus Firelands Regional Medical Center, 1111 Hayes Avenue, Sandusky, Ohio 44870, or by phone 419.557.7820 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. After 4:00 p.m. and on weekends or holidays, please contact one of our Registrars in the Emergency Department.
This program can provide hospital information on our dining, gift shops, visiting/quiet hours, hospital maps, and pharmacy information. It can also assist with area information for the following services:
Banking/Financial Services, Daycare, Dining/Restaurants, Groceries, Laundry/Dry Cleaning, Lodging, Notary/Mail/Business Services, Pet Facilities, Pharmacies, Phone Use, Recreation, Spiritual Care/Churches, and Transportation
