Firelands Regional Medical Center is dedicated to providing you with the highest quality of services possible. Our patient advocates provide an avenue for rapid response to any issue or concern which may arise during a patient's admission. A patient satisfaction survey is also sent to a random selection of our patients on a weekly basis. It is only by hearing the voices of our patients and guests that we become aware of areas in which we either excel or need to improve. The survey results are analyzed and used to support staff recognition and performance improvement initiatives.
If you have any concerns or compliments about our facility or services or would like a survey regarding your stay with us, please contact a patient advocate at 419-557-6572 or email PatientAdvocate@firelands.com.
